Meet the 2018-2019 Executive Board

Alexa Iadarola

A fourth year studying Foreign Affairs and public policy. Her interests include tennis, stand-up, and watching ballets on YouTube. At U.Va. Alexa is also involved in Madison House, political awareness campaigns, and undergraduate research. She joined One Less to better understand how to encourage productive activism, and is motivated by the group's potential to bring about worthwhile policy changes within institutions that can make a difference for survivors of sexual violence. Alexa can be reached at

Colette Marcellin

A fourth year double-majoring in Economics and Political Philosophy, Policy, & Law and minoring in Women, Gender, & Sexuality. Colette has a passion for comedy, elite gymnastics, ice cream, and women in politics. At U.Va., Colette is also involved in the Women's Center, Planned Parenthood Generation Action, and political groups. She joined One Less because she believes that sexual assault education and prevention and empowering survivors is the most important work to be done. Olivia Buckle

A third year majoring in Mandarin and biology. While not discussing advocacy issues with her favorite humans, memorizing characters, or attending labs, Olivia can be found planning fundraising events for Stop Hunger Now, getting London fogs on the corner with some of her KD pals, or taking a solid powernap. She hopes to continue her advocacy and to give a voice to the unheard by going to medical school and exploring LGBT health. Olivia can be reached at

Kendra Delahunt

​A third year majoring in History and minoring in Women, Gender, & Sexuality. She is a member of the UVA women's club basketball team and a guide at Monticello. Elizabeth Kruse

A fourth year double-majoring in Economics and History with a minor in Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures. Her academic interests include recent foreign affairs history, Middle Eastern politics, and international economic development. Elizabeth is a member of the Virginia Riding Team and works for the UVA Initiative on Religion, Politics, and Conflict.
